How a film gets made here, shown with the real material from .

We find the one thing your audience has to get, then write to it: treatment, script, structure.
On WATCHERIt started with two words: pay attention. Nine story beats, then pass after pass, cutting every line that explained a line already spoken.

Locations, people, schedules, gear. For field work we bring fly-packs and handle the logistics.
On WATCHERA written visual rulebook came first: fixed altitudes, six light states from late afternoon to first light, and an osprey reference sheet checked against Chesapeake Bay birds.

Studio, location, or multi-cam event shoots with proper lighting and sound. On AI work, we direct shot by shot.
On WATCHERForty-one shots generated at 1080p. Every prompt followed the same structure, and every shot was directed, selected, or thrown out by hand.

Edit, color, sound design, mix, and motion graphics. This is where the film actually gets made.
On WATCHERHuman edit, grade, and mix. The narration is Michael Taliaferro, a Baltimore voice. None of the audio is AI-generated.

Masters, captions, and versions cut for vertical and square feeds, ready to post.
On WATCHERA 3:34 film in 4K, a captioned 1080p version, and a title card.

Small crew. Big ideas. Since 2012.
No account layers, no hand-offs. From the first call to the final mix, you work directly with Anfon Ha and a small crew of filmmakers, producers, and designers.
That's how we've worked since 2012, for local businesses and Fortune 500 companies alike.
